I include Shine as one of the most well-rounded wellness apps you will find. With a promise of 5 minutes a day to a calmer you, Shine delivers a daily self-care strategy. In addition to the 5 minutes, Shine provides support from a diverse community, an audio library of over 800+ original meditations, bedtime stories, and calming sounds to help you shift your mindset or mood.
You may want to check with your employer as some companies subsidize Shine’s premium subscription. I also vibe with the fact that Shine is female BIPOC owned. Keep shining and making everyone else shine, ladies! ✨
